Extremely positive experience till the very end. As I speak no German,Mr. Bach (who is not even working on front desk position) helped me with translation. They managed to get in touch with my insurance company which is outside the Germany. As manufacturing process for my car (Kodiaq) is a bit delayed,to receive a spare parts we needed took some time (which is not a fault of Skoda Muller auto). Nonetheless,they keep calling Skoda HQ a couple times a week and forwarding me an information.On the D Day - I left there a dirty car with a broken window in a morning,but 8 hours later I came for a repaired car which was completely clean from inside and outside as well. As a bonus my baby boy get a toy at the very end. This is the most professional organisation I've ever had a chance to be treated with.Big thanks to the whole team!
